3. Basic Voting

Basic voting functionality is provided free of charge and includes:

• IP-based vote tracking
• Captcha verification
• Basic geolocation verification

4. Phone number verification service

To enhance vote credibility, we offer optional SMS verification:

• Cost: 1.00 EUR per verification
• Payment is required before SMS verification begins
• SMS codes must be entered within 5 minutes of being sent
• One phone number verification can only be used for 24 hours and can only be used within the browser and device which was used to verify the phone number

5. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for SMS verification under the following conditions:

Eligible for Refund:

• System failure to send SMS code
• Technical issues during verification process
• Server-side errors preventing verification completion

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Incorrect phone number provided by user
• SMS code expired (not entered within 5 minutes)
• Incorrect code entered by user
• User abandons verification process

6. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Attempting to manipulate voting results
• Using automated systems or bots
• Providing false or misleading information
• Attempting to bypass security measures

7. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our service is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
